Local property context

Large lots widen the exclusion problem

Stone construction, barns or sheds, wood piles, garages, rooflines, and brush corridors can all contribute without requiring blanket treatment across the property.

Do you offer pest control near me in Liberty Hill?

Bugged serves Liberty Hill, including ZIP 78642. Send your address to confirm coverage and access; nearby homes are reviewed by the office.

What should I flag about a larger Liberty Hill property?

Separate concerns at the main house from those in a barn, garage, or storage building. Feed containers, lumber, stone piles, and brush beside high-use paths can each warrant a different inspection question. Describe the structures and approximate areas you want assessed so the office can confirm access and scope. Avoid reaching into rock or wood shelter to collect evidence; a location and clear photograph can be more useful. Where land has recently been cleared, note new damage or sightings rather than assuming displacement. The estimate should distinguish treatment, suitable exclusion, and maintenance recommendations from a blanket application across undeveloped acreage. Provide clear directions to any agreed outbuilding and identify locked pasture gates or livestock areas that affect the technician’s approach.

What should I do about pets, gates, and access?

Tell the office about pets, locked gates, shared spaces, and any access restrictions before the visit. Arrange access to the agreed inspection areas and secure pets as instructed. Wait for the preparation and re-entry directions that apply to your service; the team confirms whether someone needs to be home.

How soon can someone come out, and can weather change the visit?

Call or text for the current appointment window at your address. Mark urgent concerns in the estimate request for office review. Availability is confirmed by the team; Bugged does not promise same-day or 24/7 service. Weather can change the timing, location, or method of exterior work. The technician follows the product label and actual site conditions. If rain, wind, heat, or access would compromise the planned service, the team explains the adjustment rather than pretending conditions do not matter.

How do pricing, monthly billing, and the first payment work?

HiveGuard starts at $66/month and HiveGuard Complete at $166/month for a qualifying single-family home, plus applicable tax. Complete adds $100/month to the configured base pest price and lot-size adjustment for exterior mosquitoes, fleas and ticks. Total lot size determines the recurring rate; existing pest issues may affect your quote. Cinctra yard treatment for covered general pests is included; it does not by itself include the seasonal mosquito, flea and tick package. The quote confirms the initial-service fee and any one-time work. The estimate is free, with no charge during signup. Both plans are billed monthly year-round and include four general pest treatments over a twelve-month agreement: initial service, then approximately months 3, 6 and 9. HiveGuard Complete also includes eight exterior mosquito, flea and tick treatments, monthly March–October. Treatments may share an appointment. Applicable tax is additional. Authorize payment at signup without a charge. The quoted initial-service fee and first monthly payment are charged after initial-service completion. Uninterrupted renewal has no additional initial fee; cancellation followed by re-enrollment starts a new enrollment with its quoted initial fee.

What happens if pests return, or I need to cancel?

Some activity can continue while treatment and follow-up take effect. Note where and when you see pests and contact the team so we can review the visit record and next step. For covered pests, Call us and we’ll come back at no extra charge. Call or text the office to arrange cancellation under your signed agreement. Effective cancellation followed by re-enrollment starts a new property enrollment with the quoted initial-service fee. Payment retries or a rescinded future cancellation do not restart the enrollment.
