This removes access to the Bugged customer app and eligible app data. It does not silently cancel active pest-control service or erase records we must retain for billing, tax, pesticide-use, safety, audit, or other legal obligations.
You can request deletion even with active service. If we hold your information but you have no account, call the office to request a privacy review. We verify your identity using existing records before making changes. Do not send identity documents or card details through this form. Contact details are in our Privacy Policy.
