HiveGuard starts at $66 a month for a qualifying single-family home. Applicable tax is additional. Total lot size determines the recurring rate; existing pest issues may affect your quote. Cinctra yard treatment is included. Your quote confirms the initial-service fee and any separate specialty work.
What does the monthly price include?
Four scheduled visits during a twelve-month agreement: initial service, then approximately months 3, 6 and 9. Common household pests including ants, spiders, roaches, crickets, earwigs, and silverfish, plus 31 more pest types; Cinctra yard treatment is included in your plan; Garage and accessible crawlspace treatment; Rodent monitoring and accessible wasp-nest assessment; Priority service coordination. The written agreement confirms the final scope.
What happens if a covered pest comes back?
Call us and we’ll come back at no extra charge.
When will I be charged?
The initial-service fee is confirmed in your written quote. Payment authorization is collected at signup; the initial-service fee and first monthly payment are charged after initial service completion, plus applicable tax.
Can I stop recurring service?
Contact the office to arrange cancellation under your signed agreement. Uninterrupted annual renewal has no new initial-service fee. Effective cancellation followed by re-enrollment starts a new property enrollment with an initial-service fee.
Are bed bugs and termites included?
Bed bugs, termites and other specialty conditions are quoted after inspection because the treatment scope depends on the evidence and the property.
