Good to know

The questions we get every day.

Straight answers. If yours is not here, call (737) 247-7143 or text us and ask a human.

How do you actually solve the pest problem, not just spray?

Service starts with an inspection that identifies the pest and the conditions supporting it. From there the work combines what the situation calls for: targeted treatment where the activity is, exterior perimeter and harborage work, exclusion of entry points where practical, monitoring, and written guidance on the moisture, food, and clutter conditions that keep pests coming back. Recurring visits keep pressure down after the first problem is handled.

Is treatment handled carefully around children and pets?

Yes—by placement, product choice, and instructions rather than by slogan. Tell us about children, pets, aquariums, gardens, sensitivities, and other conditions before service. The technician evaluates the site, chooses placements and methods that fit an occupied home, follows product-label directions, and gives you any preparation or re-entry instructions that apply. We do not make blanket “safe” claims about pesticides—the label directions and the instructions your technician provides are what govern.

What should I expect from a Bugged technician?

Expect professional, courteous conduct and respect for your home. We give a realistic arrival window, send an en-route update, and show the current ETA when tracking is active. Your technician explains what they found, what they recommend, and any preparation or follow-up that applies. Completed work is documented in the Bugged app with useful notes and, when relevant, before-and-after photos. If timing changes, the local team is available by phone, text, and in-app support rather than leaving you to chase an automated status.

Will one treatment solve every pest problem?

Not necessarily. Results depend on pest biology, infestation level, access, structural conditions, sanitation, moisture, and follow-through. Bugged explains what one visit can reasonably accomplish and when monitoring, exclusion, preparation, or recurring service is part of the solution.

How do I know the treatment was done well?

Every visit is documented. Depending on the work performed, the record can include before-and-after photos, the areas inspected and treated, the conditions found, and the next steps for the home. If covered pests come back, so do we, at no extra charge.

What happens if I still see pests after treatment?

Some activity can continue while treatment and follow-up take effect. Note where and when you see pests and contact the team so we can review the visit record and next step. For covered pests, Call us and we’ll come back at no extra charge.
