Website and service terms

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms govern use of this website and form part of the agreement between you and Bugged Pest Control LLC (“Bugged”) when applicable. A separate written service agreement presented before enrollment or treatment controls service-specific scope, price, renewal, cancellation, guarantee, preparation, and dispute terms. If it conflicts with these website terms, the signed service agreement controls.

Availability and estimate requests

Website content and a submitted request do not guarantee service, appointment timing, price, or treatment. Bugged confirms availability and scope after reviewing the property location, pest, property conditions, licensing/category coverage, staffing, and other operational requirements. The public estimate form does not collect payment or create a purchase.

Residential services

Bugged’s launch positioning is residential pest control in Greater Austin. Services are performed only where Bugged has approved availability and applicable licensing, insurance, personnel, product, and operational support. Products are applied according to their labels and applicable requirements.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

New HiveGuard enrollments use a twelve-month agreement with four scheduled general pest treatments: initial service, then approximately months 3, 6 and 9. Monthly billing is separate from visits. The recurring rate starts at $66 per month plus applicable tax and follows the quoted total-lot-size tier. Existing pest issues may affect the quoted price before enrollment. Cinctra yard treatment for covered general pests is included. Exterior mosquitoes, fleas and ticks require HiveGuard Complete or a separate add-on; indoor flea/tick treatment is separately quoted. Complete starts at $166 per month plus applicable tax: the configured base pest price and lot-size adjustment plus $100 per month. It adds eight exterior mosquito, flea and tick treatments per full annual term, monthly March–October. Treatments may share an appointment. Both plans bill monthly year-round. The initial-service fee is stated in the quote. Payment authorization is collected during signup; the initial-service fee and first monthly payment are charged after initial service completion. The agreed price remains fixed for the term. Renewal notice is sent in advance, normally 30 days before term end. Uninterrupted renewal has no new initial fee; effective cancellation followed by re-enrollment does. Contact the office for cancellation under your signed agreement. Price or material term changes require a signed replacement agreement or amendment. A midterm Complete upgrade preserves the existing renewal date, base price and quarterly schedule, adds no initial-service fee, and takes effect after signature, payment authorization and successful prorated payment. Existing customers retain their signed coverage until an authorized amendment or renewal changes it.

Guarantee and reservice

Callbacks for covered pests are available at no extra charge throughout active service with Bugged, with no day limit after a scheduled visit. Coverage, exclusions, preparation, access, property-condition requirements, and available remedies are controlled by the written plan and service agreement. No statement guarantees permanent elimination of every pest or waives conditions outside Bugged’s reasonable control.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property, pest, occupant, pet, access, and contact information; follow preparation and re-entry instructions; disclose conditions relevant to treatment; provide reasonable access; maintain agreed property conditions; and make payments when due under an accepted agreement.

Website images and app screens

Some website images and videos may be created or enhanced using AI. App screens may show sample data. These visuals illustrate services and features and do not necessarily depict a particular customer or completed service visit.

Acceptable website use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit fraudulent information, scrape personal or protected data, or use Bugged’s content or marks without permission. Informational pest content is general education and is not medical, veterinary, structural, or legal advice.

Using an AI assistant or automated tool

You may use an AI assistant, browser agent, or other automated tool (an “assistant”) to read this website and to fill in an estimate request or customer portal pages for you. You are responsible for the instructions you give your assistant and for the information it submits for you.

Some steps must be completed by you personally, including agreeing to receive text messages; accepting the account terms; choosing or changing a password; entering an email sign-in code or opening an email verification link; consenting to electronic records; signing a service agreement or amendment, or approving an estimate; accepting a referral offer; authorizing payment, paying an invoice, or changing a payment method; changing your account email address or phone number; and deleting your account. If an assistant appears to complete one of those steps, Bugged may treat it as pending until you confirm it directly, for example by replying to a text message or using a link sent to your email.

An annual service agreement, replacement agreement, or amendment is formed only when you sign it on the signing page provided to you; Bugged then emails you that the signed document is ready in your customer portal. A one-time estimate is accepted when you approve and sign it in the customer portal or app.

If an assistant submits something you did not intend, contact the office promptly and Bugged will correct or withdraw it. You may always use an assistant to opt out of messages, withdraw consent, or ask to cancel.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and Bugged is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Service liability, insurance, and remedies are addressed in the applicable written agreement and law.

Governing law and changes

Texas law governs these terms, without limiting non-waivable consumer protections. Bugged may update the website terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes to an active service relationship are handled under the applicable agreement and law.
