The Cinctra system

Encircled. Visit by visit.

Cinctra is Bugged's four-layer visit system: property line, yard barrier, foundation band, and entry seal, worked from the lot line inward and documented in your app.

Why four layers

Pest pressure does not start at the baseboard.

01

Pressure starts outdoors

The property edge, landscape, structure, and openings all affect how pests reach a home.

02

Every property is different

Drainage, construction, access, evidence, and label requirements determine what work is appropriate.

03

Documentation makes scope visible

Photos and useful notes can show what was inspected and what was completed.

Every visit, all four layers

The Cinctra system.

Cinctra means encircled. Every scheduled visit works from the property edge inward, with each completed part documented in the Bugged app.

Layer 01

Property line

A full perimeter treatment along fences, walls and the lot boundary, so pest pressure is addressed before it reaches the structure.

Property-boundary inspection and treatment on every scheduled visit.

Layer 02

Yard barrier

Targeted lawn, bed, mound and harborage work based on what the inspection finds and what the product label permits.

Targeted granular and harborage work where the inspection finds it.

Layer 03

Foundation band

A measured exterior treatment around the structure, including the openings and transition points the inspection identifies.

Measured and documented visit by visit.

Layer 04

Entry seal and interior

Entry routes are sealed or treated where the service scope allows, with interior work performed when the inspection calls for it.

Photos and useful notes in the Bugged app.

The proof lives in the visit record. Before-and-after photos and useful notes show what was inspected and what work was completed.

In your app

Completed work, visible in one visit record.

The field-execution system attaches photos and useful notes to completed work, so the visit is understandable without turning a scope into a promise.

  • Arrival and status updates when tracking is active
  • Before-and-after photos for documented work
  • Useful notes and next steps

Good to know

How the system holds up.

Straight answers. If yours is not here, call (737) 247-7143 or text us and ask a human.

Is Cinctra part of every HiveGuard visit?

Yes. Each scheduled visit works the four layers from the property edge inward, and the completed work is recorded with photos and notes in the customer app.

Will every property receive identical treatment?

No. Inspection findings, access, site conditions, the written scope, and pesticide-label directions determine the work at each property.

What appears in the customer app?

Completed visits can include photos, inspected or treated areas, useful notes, and the next steps recorded by the technician.

Does the guarantee apply to every pest?

The guarantee applies to covered pests. If they come back, so do we, at no extra charge. Specialty services are quoted separately.
